Leo was with Faith N Friends for 2 years, we believe, due to his lack a being ridable (navicular diagnosis- typical treatments did not bring him relief). We had a family, a previous adopter, reach out when one of their older horses pass away looking for a companion. We mentioned Leo, and they agreed to give it a shot! Fast forward almost a year later, his foster family wanted to adopt him. He now lives with another former FNF horse, and enjoys a life of being spoiled. They love him for who he is! He has found his people and that is why we consider this a successful adoption, pasture home families are hard to come by- so when we find good ones we cherish them!
